CANCELLATION POLICY
Pass Card Holders & Drop-ins:
We have a 5 hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you cancel prior to this window, you will not be charged for the class. If you cancel within this window, you will be deducted a class if you have a 5, 10, 20 or 30-Pass Card class card or charged a $15 no-show/late-cancel fee if you have an unlimited pass. If you are on the waitlist and are added to the class prior to this window, the cancellation policy will apply to you also. If you are on the waitlist and are added to the class within this window, you will not be charged if you cannot make it.
Please keep your commitment to class! We hope this policy will motivate you to get to the studio. The fee will be applied to your credit card on file or posted to your account for payment at your next class. If there is an emergency that has caused you to late-cancel or no-show, please email info@freespiritdance.ca
Private Lessons:
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. FSD aims to provide our clients the highest quality service. If you should cancel your private lesson less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who may have taken your scheduled reservation time. For this reason we are obligated to compensate our team for their time as well as make up for lost revenue. The full service fee of one private lesson will be charged to you for missed reservations that are rescheduled or cancelled with less then 24 hours notice.
REFUND POLICY
All purchases are non-refundable, non transferable and cannot be extended. No exceptions.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW IT IS USED
When registering for a course or pass card, we do ask for certain contact information including name, phone, and e-mail address, as a requirement. This information is only used internally at Free Spirit Dance in case of an emergency or to let students know about schedule changes. We will never provide your information to any third party. If you have opted into membership of our information newsletter, you may cancel your subscription to the email newsletters by following the instructions on each newsletter.
LESSON EXPIRATION
All lessons, once purchased, will remain on account until used. A 5, 10 and 20-Card Pass will expire 12 months from the date of your first visit. A 30-Card Pass will expire 15 months from date of your first visit. You have one year in order to activate your pass. A one-time drop-in pass expires one month from date of purchase. Thank you for your consideration, we truly hope you enjoy your experience here at Free Spirit Dance. Pass cannot be extended pass the expiration date. No exceptions.
CHILDREN IN THE STUDIO
We are an all adult dance and fitness studio. Children will not be able to attend. Our studio is 18+. Children under 18 will not be able to attend. This includes no children in the studio waiting for their parent while class is in session. Thank you for your understanding.
