CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 5 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel prior to this window, you will not be charged for the class. If you cancel within this 5 hour window, you will be deducted a class if you have a class card; you will be charged a $15 fee per class if you have an unlimited pass – Intro Month Unlimited/One Month/Three Month/One year Unlimited Members are included. The fee will be applied to your credit card on file.

You will not be charged if you are on the waitlist and you are added to the class within the 5 hour window; however if you have made other plans please remove yourself from the waiting list.  

Please keep your commitment to class!  We hope this policy will motivate you to get to the studio.  The fee will be applied to your credit card on file or posted to your account for payment at your next class.
