Our next Studio Showcase Gala gives performance opportunities for adults beginner and up to showcase their hard work in a themed show at a staged venue outside of the studio. We are gender neutral at Free Spirit. We welcome everyone.
Do you love dance or have always wanted to dance? Do you want to take your dancing to the next level and showcase all your hard work? Perhaps you want to step outside your comfort zone and try something new? All of our shows are about embracing the skin you are in. Our classes are gender neutral so if you want to express your feminine side and you are a man, then bring those heels!
2026 Dance Showcase Registration Now Open!
We’re excited to announce registration is now open for our Fall studio showcase, “LEGENDS”!
This year’s showcase offers adult dancers (beginner and up) a unique opportunity to perform in a professionally staged show outside of the studio.
Our themed performance will take place at an incredible venue, providing you with the chance to showcase your hard work and passion on stage.
Whether you’re new to dance or looking to build on your experience, there’s a course for everyone!
10-Week Training Courses (September 19th – November 29th)
Our 10-week courses are designed to take your dance skills to the next level.
Each course will focus on two choreographed pieces, helping you develop technique, artistry, and performance confidence.

10-week courses: $295 (EARLY BIRD Ends September 18th)
Full Price: $350
5-Week Mini Courses (October 25th – November 29th)
Can’t commit to all 10 weeks? No worries, we’re offering 5-week mini courses to allow you to dip in before you dive. Each mini course will focus on one choreographed piece, perfect for those who want to hone in on a particular dance genre.

Class Level Descriptions
Beginner+
For dancers who are new or still building their foundation. This level is open to absolute beginners as well as those with up to 1–2 years of experience in the style. Classes focus on technique, musicality, and confidence — perfect if you’re starting fresh, brushing up on basics, or exploring a new style.
Intermediate+
For dancers with more experience who are ready for a challenge. This level is designed for those who have been dancing consistently for several years and are comfortable picking up choreography at a quicker pace. Classes push growth through advanced movement quality, performance, and style refinement.
